CERMEX^® Mat Products
CERMEX^® MT1000 Product Data
A needled fiberglass mat comprised of high purity E-Glass fibers capable of resisting heat up to 1000°F/538ºC in continuous use.   An ideal product for applications requiring insulation in high heat environments for extended periods of time.

CERMEX^® MT1600 Product Data
A non-woven insulation mat for use in high temperature thermal applications up to 1600°F/871ºC.  This product is excellent for use in engine exhaust systems, engine heat component heat shields, and industrial furnaces.

CERMEX^® MT1800 Product Data
A binderless silica blanket comprised of high purity, amorphous silica fibers.  This is a superior product for applications requiring abrasion and vibration resistance at temperatures up to 1800°F/982ºC.

CERMEX^® BK1800SW Product Data
Manufactured from Calcium-Magnesium-Silicate biosoluble fibers, the non-wetting properties of this blanket make it an excellent choice for demanding applications involving molten aluminum.  CERMEX^® BK1800SW offers excellent performance in high temperature applications up to 2012°F/1100ºC.

CERMEX^® BK2200SW Product Data
Utilizing a different combination of Calcium-Magnesium-Silicate fibers gives this blanket the capability to resist heat up to 2300°F/1260ºC.  In addition, CERMEX^® BK2200SW provides superior stability and resistance to thermal and chemical attack.
